What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on items. However, if your order arrives broken, then we will happily exchange it for you. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, so all you have to do is return it in its original packaging. Please allow up to 3 days for us to re-make your item and have it shipped out!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if you have decided you've changed your mind. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
